Electroless Nickle

The nickle electroplating process can be used to coat nuts, bolts, washers and automotive parts, such as interior components and gas filters. It also provides an effective undercoat for paints, when high corrosion performance is required.

Properties:

- Nickle content: 90 - 93% (wt)
- Phosporus content: 7 - 10% (wt)
- Hardness: 500 - 600 HV 100 (as deposited)
- Deposition rate: 15 - 25µm/hour depends on temperature
- Bath life: over 7 MTO dependeing on operating conditions.

HR 101

Properties:

- Nickle content: 5.2 - 6.0 g/l
- Phosporus content: 5 - 8% (wt)
- Hardness: 500 - 600 HV 100 (as deposited)
- Deposition rate: 18 - 22µm/hour at 88℃
- Bath life: over 7 MTO dependeing on operating conditions.

Applications:

An extremely economic proceeding, distinguishing by high-bright deposits and very high deposition speed.

- Phosporus content: 10.5 - 12 %

- Deposition rate: 9 - 11µm/hour depends on temperature and PH

Applications:

Lead free, cadmium and ammonia free electroless nickle

HR 103

Properties:

- Nickle content: 5.8 - 6.2 g/l
- Phosporus content: 8 - 12 %
- Hardness: 500 - 600V (not hot treated)
- Deposition rate: 20 µm/hour at 90℃ and 25µm/hour at 95℃
- Bath life: -

Applications:

Lead free, cadmium and ammonia free electroless nickle

HR 105

Properties:

- Outstanding corrosion resistance
- Phosphorus content of approx. 12 % -according to deposition conditions)
- The deposits show compression strength.
- The nickel coatings are easily solderable with RMA flux.
- The process is ammonia-free.
- Tolerant to very low load per litre.
