HR 440

Properties:

- Ratio NACN : Zn : 2 - 3 : 1
- Temperature : 24 - 35℃
- Desposition rate:
1 micron in CA 1,5 minutes at 3 A/dm2 (Rack)
1 micron in CA 5 minutes at 1 A/dm2 (Barrel)
- Current dencity : 2 - 8 A/dm2 (Rack) and 0.5 - 2 A/dm2

Applications:

Produce brilliant zinc deposits over a wide plating range and perfectly suited for rack and barrel applications.

HR 2013

Properties:

- Ratio NACN : Zn : 1.5 - 2.5 : 1 - 3.5
- Temperature : 20 - 40℃
- Desposition rate:
1 micron in CA 1,5 minutes at 3 A/dm2 (Rack)
1 micron in CA 5 minutes at 1 A/dm2 (Barrel)
- Current dencity : 2 - 5 A/dm2 (Rack) and 0.5 - 2 A/dm2

Applications:

Produce brilliant, ductile, and uniform zinc deposits over a wide plating range and perfectly suited for rack and barrel applications.

Acid

HR AZN

Properties:

- Cathode Efficiency : 85 - 95%
- Temperature: 15 - 50℃
- Current Dencity: 0.5 - 3 A/dm2 (Anode) and 0.2 - 8 A/dm2 (Cathode)

Applications:

Produce full bright to brilliant, ductile zinc deposits from an ammoniated or non-ammoniated chloride based acid zinc solution and perfectly suited for rack and barrel applications.

Properties:

- Cathode Efficiencya: 85 - 95%
- Temperature: 15 - 50℃
- Current dencity: 0.5 - 3 A/dm2 (Anode) and 0.2 - 8 A/dm2

Applications:

Properties:

- The HR AZn process uses a water-soluble
